Brian is one of the first people at Stecklein & Rapp you will meet if they’re having a debt collection issue. He has been with the firm since 2015. Kansas and Missouri clients have come to Stecklein & Rapp because they’ve had suits filed against them by debt buyers or original creditors. If you’re one of these people, Brian can help you sue debt collectors for violations of federal law.

He also performs intakes of clients suffering from abusive telephone call practices by marketers and debt collectors. During the intake process, he will tell what to expect as you move forward with your case.

As a Missouri native, Brian understands the economic and social factors that affect and matter to residents of this state. Having worked as a law clerk for judges in the Jackson County, Missouri 16th Circuit Court, he knows the people in the Kansas City legal system.

Brian attended Missouri State University and graduated in 2005 with dual bachelor's degrees, one in history and the other in German. He moved on to study International relations in Vienna, Austria through Webster University in 2007. By 2012, he had completed his juris doctorate from George Washington University Law School.

In his spare time, Brian and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
