Fox News tries to keep sexual-harassment victims from court.

On Aug. 22, Andrea Tantaros filed her sexual harassment suit against Roger Ailes, Fox News and several Fox executives — alleging that Ailes had objectified her and said creepy things about colleagues in her presence, and ultimately took retribution when she reported it.  7 days later, Fox responded with a motion that called her a “wannabe” and asked that her lawsuit be sent to binding arbitration.  Essentially, that means that Fox News would like to resolves this somewhere private, without all the prying eyes of the public.
