Americans are forgoing care to avoid massive medical bills

While most agree that Recent evidence suggests that the ACA (Affordable Care Act or Obamacare) is helping to reduce the burden of medical debt for American consumers, there is still a long road to the finish line.  Obamacare may have increased access to insurance and decreased plans with only paper-thin coverage, but it has not done much to control the overall cost of care. 

What this means is:  Even for households with insurance the cost of care can easily start spiraling out of control.  In fact, as CNBC reports, the medical bills are the biggest cause of us bankruptcies
